His work is driven by a simple goal: ensuring that those who build with discipline and sacrifice can one day say to their loved ones, “Well done,” and enjoy the results of their labor.
Andre works with founders and families building something real — companies, livelihoods, and legacies — often across borders, languages, and legal systems. He serves as a single point of coordination across corporate, tax, and cross-border matters, helping clients avoid costly missteps and move forward with clarity. That perspective is personal.
In June 2002, Andre graduated from Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and returned to his family’s newly purchased home — their first in the United States. It had been secured while he was away at boot camp, one of the final responsibilities his father was determined to complete as he neared the end of his life. Though weakened by cancer and unable to speak much, his father ensured his family would have stability, and that his son would be equipped for the future. A car. A desk. Tools, not luxuries. A final act of preparation.
The day Andre returned home, he found his father lying quietly in the backyard grass, gathering strength from the sun. An immigrant businessman from Korea who had survived the LA riots and built a life for his family, he rose slowly, extended his hand, met his son’s eyes, and without words conveyed what mattered most: well done.
That moment defines how Andre practices law.
As a Marine Corps judge advocate, he learned to advise commanders where decisions carried real consequences. He later served as a federal trial attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and practiced across government and private-sector roles, advising founders, executives, investors, and small businesses. Across each role, the expectation was the same: preparation, clarity, and accountability.
